Parts Specialist Sam Ginavan received a call from his good customer Charles at CJ's Concrete needing a final drive for a Deere 35ZTS mini excavator.
"He actually called back in November needing this drive. Glad we could help him out," Ginavan said.

Parts Specialist Nick Murty got a call from B&D Dairy in need of parts for a standard differential rear axle for a Deere 544K.
"Nathan called wanting a breakdown of the rear axle to pick out the parts and I suggested just getting a complete rear axle instead," Murty said.
B&D said the axle shafts were good but really needed the center section
Parts Specialist Adam Bailey was able to set his customer Ron Wilson's Equipment with a rebuilt main pump for a Caterpillar 320. The unit had to be shipped in from Spain. Adam was able to save Wilson's Equipment about $4,000 off what they would have paid CAT.
"Ron does a lot of business with us. He is a great guy," Bailey said.

Parts Specialist Anthony Murty has built a great relationship with Milams Equipment out of Sutherlin, Virginia.
"Tom over there is a great guy. He needs parts and so far I've been able to get what he needs," Murty said.
Most recently Milams Equipment needed a main control valve for a Deere 160CLC excavator.

Parts Specialist Joe Grimaldi got a call from David Lovett of DRK Group out of Lufkin, Texas in need of a final drive for a Komatsu PC360LC-10.
DRK was looking for a used final drive for the machine to save money. Joe had one ready to ship to DRK. After working on price, Joe was able to get the used one with a 30 day warranty on the road.
