This will vary by part. Many parts come from Canada, United States, United Kingdom, India, South Korea, Japan, United Arab Emirates, Saint Helena, and others.
How come I didn't get [insert piece] with my [insert component]?
We can work with you to see if these pieces were part of your order. Many times pieces such as fittings, mounting screws, gaskets, etc. will need to be purchased separately with certain new, used or refurbished components. Often you can use the original fittings, screws or gaskets if salvageable... Also many times our customers contact their parts rep at 1-716-836-5069 for more help with mounting parts.

Delivery estimate will always be discussed with you upon ordering your part or component. I need to return something, what do I do?
1. Determine if return can be made by discussing with your parts rep at 1-716-836-5069 [view more details on returns] We have a 30 day return policy for all parts unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
2. If a return can be made your parts rep will guide you to the next steps.
3. A RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Form) is to be filled out. [ download pdf ]
4. Ship back part with RMA to the appropriate warehouse address given to you by your parts rep.
When will I get my money back?
The part needs to be returned to the warehouse and be inspected before refund is approved. Then It usually takes 7-10 business days to clear a refund after approved.
