Parts Specialist Bryan Branch took a call from Moser Services out of Shepherd, Texas needing a swing reduction for a Case 9010B. The customer, also named Brian, was on the hunt for individual parts but he was finding it nearly impossible to just get components.
This is generally the case with a lot of makes and models when it comes to swing reductions and final drives. A new OEM unit from Case goes for about $4,100. Fortunately, Bryan was able to save Brian Moser hundreds of dollars with a new replacement swing reduction.
"We have a one year warranty on these swing drives and we do not need require a licensed dealer to install the part to maintain the warranty," Branch told his customer.
At the time of Brian's call to us, we had one reduction unit left in stock. It was quoted out early that day so Moser Services didn't hesitate and scooped up the part from us for their machine.
