Parts Specialist Adam Bailey got a call from Bill Webster Trucking and Excavating out of Tennessee on the hunt for a track frame for a CAT D5MXL.
"The spindle broke in the back and boogered up the back and wouldn't hold the seal," Webster told Bailey.
Along with the right hand track frame, Webster needed a pivot shaft and an equalizer bar.
Fortunately, Adam was able to provide a quality used track frame and pivot shaft along with a new replacement equalizer bar. Webster Trucking had another option for a used track frame from his local dealer but ConEquip’s option was more appealing.
“We sand blasted and painted the frame for Bill. His local dealer was going to just send it as is,” Bailey said.
Adam shipped everything to Bill in Tennessee in just a few days saving the customer a ton of money in the process.
