Gray Market Hitachi EX300LC Parts off to Klamath, California!

Parts Specialist Adam Bailey took a call from Klamath River Construction out of California for bucket links on an EX300LC.  Walt told Adam he had a gray market machine and was having trouble finding the parts.

"Our operator didn't notice a keeper fell off and one of the bones dropped down.  He curled the bucket and bent the link," Walt explained to Adam.

Once the smoke cleared Walt needed a dog bone and an H-Link for the EX300.

"We've had luck buying parts for an EX300 dash two and three, but these parts had to be specific to the straight EX300."

Adam had an EX300LC in the yard but unfortunately the links were gone.  Walt did a little homework and was able to confirm the side links off of a Deere 892DLC would work.  Adam got into his system and found an 892DLC with two good side links still on the machine to pull and check.   ConEquip Parts also has new aftermarket H-Links for that machine, made in the USA for a very reasonable price.
