Anthony Murty received a call from a major power company in Washington State needing a backup transmission for one of their Caterpillar D10R bulldozers. Having trouble finding a rebuilt transmission, the company called ConEquip Parts. Anthony was fortunate to have a rebuilt unit ready to go. The first quote was more than $20,000 which included a hefty core charge. In the end, Murty was able sell the transmission outright for a little more than $15,000. The transmission was on a truck the next day heading to Washington State.
