Derek from Texas called ConEquip needing a pump drive for his Case 850K bulldozer. Derek gave parts specialist Garrett Hart a part number provided by his local Case dealer. ConEquip parts specialists are expected to be thorough so Garrett took the extra step to be sure the part number provided was indeed what the customer needed. Garrett sent Derek the parts page for the designated part number. Unfortunately, Derek didn't notice the fact the part number was actually for the final drive. Needless to say, when Derek received the part he realized it was wrong. The customer actually needed the tandem pump. Garrett wasted no time in getting the correct part ordered and sent to his customer. Oh by the way, Garrett saved Derek about $6,500 on a new genuine Rexroth pump complete with an 18 month warranty. Way to go Garrett!
