This Month on Digging Deeper we’re taking a look at one of the members of ConEquip’s Customer Success Team, Tyler Wright.

Most of the time when you call into ConEquip, you’ll either have your dedicated parts specialist’s phone number or be redirected to them by our lovely reception team. However, if a parts specialist isn’t available right away one of the Customer Success Team members will pick up the phone and ensure you’re not waiting on hold.

That’s just one of the many things that CST helps with here at ConEquip; they’re our support team for our sales reps, jumping in wherever they’re needed to ensure that our customers have their parts needs met as efficiently and as kindly as possible.

In addition to answering spillover calls they handle the follow-ups to orders. Twenty-four hours after we get a delivery confirmation for your parts, CST team members give you a call to ensure that the part was delivered to the right address and to ensure that if there is an apparent issue, we can offer help as quickly as possible. CST members also give a second check-in call four weeks after delivery to make sure that once you’ve gotten a chance to look at the part it is the right one, and if it’s not, find a solution. The goal of our Customer Success Team is to live up to the ConEquip mission: a world of parts with a personal touch.

Tyler has been with ConEquip since late 2024 and has spent that time assisting customers get back to work. He lives in a small Hamlet outside Buffalo with his sourdough baking wife and two adorable dogs, and spends most of his time playing music, remodeling his quaint home, and dabbling in video games—particularly League of Legends.

Before coming to ConEquip, he had a background in sales selling high-speed internet door to door. His favorite part of his current position is providing the best customer experience. As he puts it:

“I like getting people the parts they need with a personal touch. Getting back to the old school customer experience, not really heard of anymore these days. And I like our customers’ willingness to work with us and gather the information we need to get them the correct part the first time. They’re all good people.”
