Oscillating Axle

An oscillating axle systems allow machines to keep wheels grounded while moving across uneven ground during operation. Once the machine stops and the boom elevates the oscillating axle locks itself to ensure stability while working at height.

The difference can be noticed when moving the machine up an incline.

Oscillating axle systems require complex mechanical setups which combine hydraulics and electronics.

Machines that use oscillating axle systems include wheel loaders and manlifts.

The oscillating axle feature can be disabled when needed.
