Garrett Hart received a call from a machine owner needing rollers for his Klemm KR806-3D drill rig. Apparently, no one had the rollers for this machine putting the customer in a real bind. While ConEquip Parts doesn't specifically sell parts for that type of machine, that didn't cause Garrett to send the caller away. Perhaps other companies wouldn't bother, but Garrett took some extra time to find out if something would work for that machine.
"I sent them a spec sheet and we found what rollers matched and sent them," Hart said.
A few hours later 18 rollers were sent out to the company in Washington state, capping yet another successful end to a riveting parts story.
