Ben Clarke does it again! He took care of a construction company out of Texas looking for a Caterpillar 3306 block. His customer does his own engine work and discovered a crack in his block when dropping an engine kit in. Not something you want to see but he immediately called Ben and Ben hooked him up with a new bare 3306 block for only $2,500.
"There are two blocks, one uses a spacer between head and block, one does not. We just had to make sure which one he had and then we were all set," Clarke said.
Oh by the way, a new CAT OEM 3306 block goes for more than $9,000. Thank you very much Mr. Ben!
The block was shipped and the customer was set up in less than 48 hours from the time he called Ben.
