Ryan joined ConEquip Parts as a business consultant in 2010. After working closely with the founders over several years, he became part of the ownership group and was appointed as CFO. Today, Ryan serves as President, guiding ConEquip’s growth to become North America’s largest drop-shipper of heavy construction equipment parts. Under his leadership, ConEquip has scaled rapidly, providing an invaluable service to the construction industry by ensuring reliable parts availability and maintaining strong customer partnerships. Witnessing the company evolve and thrive has been inspiring.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Messiah University and has continuously broadened his expertise through extensive professional development, including industry trainings, leadership conferences, and programs such as EntreLeadership. He began his career at PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers), where he built a foundation in consulting across the real estate, construction, banking, and manufacturing sectors. Following PwC, he launched his own consulting firm, dedicated to helping businesses and individuals achieve financial freedom. Ryan also hosted a live call-in radio show, Wise Up, where he discussed personal finance and debt management.

Ryan and his wife, Kristyn, have been married for 22 years and are blessed with five children. They enjoy camping, traveling, and spending time by the pool with family and friends. Outside of family time, they are active in their local church, striving to bring glory to Jesus for the many blessings in their lives. Ryan is passionate about giving back to the community and continues to be involved in local initiatives that align with his faith and values.
