Update January 2022: Although this might seem like an old award to be featuring, but 2015 is the only year that we participated. We would strongly encourage you to look at our strong track record in employee retention (especially in the sales seat). It isn't often that you find a company with as many long term employees in otherwise mobile roles without providing an environment and compensation that is fair to all parties. What it Takes to Win
To compete in the Business First Best Places to work contest employees are asked to complete an employee engagement survey via QuantumWorkplace.com. This provides our employees with a platform to provide honest feedback about ConEquip Parts & Equipment's culture and work environment.
We look forward to the 10th annual Best Places to Work luncheon from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 24, at the Buffalo Niagara Convention Center.
